Experimenting With Oyster Mushrooms

After going to the church I saw these mushrooms as I walk home passing by the market. They are called oyster mushrooms. The curious person in me bought one pack as soon as I saw them. I don't know why but I think they look interesting and maybe I can prepare something out of them. I was thinking like prepare a soup but that may take time because it is almost lunch time and I hadn't cooked anything for lunch yet.

I was really late for lunch so I just stir fried some vegetables that I have in the fridge I decided I will experiment with the mushrooms later in the afternoon. I asked a friend via chat what to do with these and was told to fry them. But first I had to cost them with egg and flour. That was easy. Do we wash them? I'm not sure but thinking about safety as a cautious mom I put them under running water real quick and squeezed the water out. That's the problem I shouldn't have done that look how they look after frying. I must say that they taste delicious 😋
