Filipino solon pushes for creation of Philippine High School for Sports
Today, as I am enjoying the holiday at home. I came across on a news posted by the Manila Bulletin for which Senator Sonny Angara is pushing for the creation of Philippine High School for Sports.
My commentary for this is that it is really high time now that we should push for the creation of Philippine High School for Sports, we know that Filipinos are talented and very competitive. And since our country faces a very huge problem when it comes to drugs, we need to promote all sports amongst the youth since it would be a good investment of time and will help us save the nation through securing that our youths are not into vices. Sports too can be a great unifier of communities and as a sports fan of basketball, I think Filipinos too should embrace other sports such as Soccer, it is the world number one in sports ranking. It can be a good source of income for investors and can be a good fortune for athletes that are really talented and extraordinary.
That would be a great help for sports fanatics and athletes.And also good iniative by law makers.Hopefully as soon as possible they will approved and becomes a law.
