Reviewhunt review - the hype just got real
Too many posts about reviewhunt and quests? Well, it's that insanely addictive and more will follow. After all the idea is to flood social media with honest, credible reviews to garner more interest.
In this post, I wanted to talk about how to use reviewhunt (review.hunt.town) and how to participate in various quests.
Anyone with a steemit account can join. First step will require you to sign up with your email address and password. Then you need to complete your profile and set up your social media channels on the dApp.
Next when you login, you will land up on the homepage -
Currently, as you can see, that 3 makers are running reviewhunt campaigns, all of which have a number of quests. The 4th one will be live soon, in approximately 8 hours.
To participate in a campaign, you need to go to dashboard on top right of the page. That lands you to the following page -
You click on any campaign and then the quests open up
Typically there are 3 to 4 quests in each campaign. First quest rewards about 50 hunt, second 100 hunt, and then other quests are optional. I have shown an example of an easy quest for reviewhunt's campaign. Something you would have done right after signing up.
I have completed the first two quests for reviewhunt, so when I click on the third quest, it gives me details of what I have to do. 3rd quests are slightly tougher to achieve and with every quest, the payout progressively goes up. To join a quest, you click on join quest as shown at the bottom of the below screenshot.
Submissions are moderated. Approved submissions are have a green dot. Amber dots for those under review. I haven't yet had a rejected submission.
That's it. Now for the experience.
Ever since I signed up and logged in, I haven't been able to leave my phone. The quests are phenomenal. There's a little adrenalin rush, and lots of excitement to complete tasks. This is like playing a game only this time it has an end goal - help companies launch new tech and get rewarded in the process.
There were a few technical glitches but the team is fixing them really fast. Suggestions are being implemented to improve user experience before the full open version is launched and all makers are on board. Right now, its just the start and approximately 200 quests have been submitted. I can't imagine what will happen when multiple campaigns are running and about 10k users are participating at the same time. It will be insanely competitive and fun to participate.
To complete the quest, I signed up for d.tube. I am making vids and will improve my video editing skills. There's opportunity to do product reviews on BUZZi and try out a new application called Mosaeek. There's so much to do with just 3 campaigns. This gamified version of marketing is a win-win for both makers and hunters/influencers. 5 stars for reviewhunt.
Guys, please hop on!
