สวัสดีคร้าบบบ มิตรรักแฟนคลับนักกินที่น่ารักทุกคน! พี่สากลคนเดิม เพิ่มเติมคือความแซ่บระดับทะลุปรอท! วันนี้กระเพาะของพี่สากลมันเรียกร้องหาความนัว และเราก็จัดให้แบบชุดใหญ่ไฟกระพริบ ส่งตรงกลิ่นอายความอร่อยมาจาก อำเภอกันทรลักษ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ดินแดนแห่งดินภูเขาไฟที่ปลูกอะไรก็อร่อยปัง!

มื้อนี้คือการจับคู่มวยเอกที่บอกเลยว่า "โคตรจะลงตัว" เป็นความขัดแย้งที่แสนจะกลมกลืน ระหว่างความหวานฉ่ำและความเผ็ดร้อนสะท้านทรวง มาครับ มาชิมไปพร้อมๆ กับพี่สากลเลย!

• ต้มแซ่บ: พอปากเริ่มหวาน ก็ต้องตัดด้วยจานนี้! ต้มแซ่บชามนี้บอกเลยว่า "ดุดัน ไม่เกรงใจใคร!" น้ำซุปใสแต่ซ่อนรูปสุดๆ ซดเข้าไปคำแรกคือตาสว่าง! ความเปรี้ยวปรี๊ดปร๊าดจากมะนาวและมะขามเปียก พุ่งทะยานมาพร้อมกับกลิ่นหอมของเครื่องต้มยำ สมุนไพรแน่นๆ พริกคั่วหอมฟุ้ง และที่เด็ดสุดคือ กระดูกอ่อนหมู ที่ตุ๋นมาจนเปื่อย นุ่ม ละลายในปาก แต่ยังหลงเหลือความกรุบกริบให้เคี้ยวเพลินๆ ซดทีเหงื่อแตกพลั่กๆ แต่หยุดช้อนไม่ได้จริงๆ!
