My Actifit Report Card: August 11 2019

Today's activities are as follows...

At home:

  • 5 minutes stretching
  • house chores

At the gym:

  • 15 minutes walk
  • 20 minutes calves
  • 10 minutes yoga
  • 5 minutes yoga poses practice

Extras :

  • walked around the community
