The Diary Game[23/04/2026] Attended Departmental meeting and running errands in town.

Hello @everyone accept special greetings from this end of globe.To is another day for us to share how we carried out our normal daily routine.Next Monday schools are reopening and there was a need to have a departmental meeting to see how the third term school activities will look .Then bring proposals for the teaching calendar schedule for next for us to deliberate .

Also, I had other errands in town to run after our departmental meeting today in school .The departmental meeting is to start at 11:30am but I arrived in school 30minutes late because I had things to do in the house .I arrived at the school venue when few colleagues were already there and I apologised for being late .

Since, we were not yet many of us ,we had to wait for some time for others to come .The turnout of colleagues were not encouraging but the meeting had to hold .We started with the department meeting at 12:30pm and by 2:00pm we were done .

We discussed a lot of things and deliberately on it pedagogy, staff social , social activities for the term and new matters . After, we all left to our various destinations.I left from school straight to town first . I needed to visit my bank to collect my new Visa card ,as the old one expired this month.

Also, do some bank transactions by withdrawing money from my account .I arrived at the bank and luckily there was no population.Only few people could be spotted in the bank . In less than 20minutes I was attended in all the things I wanted to do .

I left the bank when rain is threatening to fall.I had to enter in the market and buy some stuff but not necessary at the moment.I decided I will do that anytime , when I program . I stood at the commercial center to look for a taxi .Places were very dry and to see a taxi was not easy .

After. Some few minutes I got a taxi to take me to my destination .The rain started falling heavily and I started being worried how I will reach home when the taxi drops me .But having hopes while reaching there the rain will not be thesame like in town.

Unfortunately, rain was falling heavily and they dropped me .I had to look for a nearby building in the street to hide rain before I take a bike home .I stood in that building for more than 1 hour before the rain could seized.

When the rain siezed I left to look for a bike rider to take me home. Some of them were not having umbrella and rain was still threatening to fall .After, some time I saw someone I knew and he too me straight to the house .Atleast rain has siezed which was no more a worry.

Later, I arrived feeling cold , it was evening period I made tea and drank to keep the body warm .My day ended me in bed , am happy everything programmed for the day worked in my favour .Happy weekend my Steemit family .
