🌿 Enjoying the little things

I’ve realized that some of my happiest days aren’t the ones where something extraordinary happens.

They’re the quiet days.

The ones where I wake up without rushing, put on my favorite comfortable outfit, and spend a few hours doing the things I enjoy the most.

Sometimes that means reading a few chapters of a manga that keeps me saying, “just one more.” Other times it’s discovering a new comic or simply sitting by the window with my thoughts.

I think stories have always been my favorite escape.

They remind me that every character starts somewhere, even if they don’t have everything figured out. They grow little by little, make mistakes, learn, and keep moving forward.

Maybe that’s why I enjoy them so much.

Real life isn’t always as exciting as fiction, but it has its own beautiful moments if we slow down enough to notice them.

Today was one of those days.

Simple, peaceful, and exactly what I needed. 🤍📚
