SLC33-W2 |The Real Video Vlogging Adventure Challenge, E2.

I am very interested in participating in this Steemit engagement challenge of season 33, week 2, where participants are allowed to showcase their talent. For this contest, I chose to use available ingredients to make quality food.

The following is a step-by-step method I used in preparing the food, including the ingredients:

• Groundnut oil
• Maggi cube
• Salt
• Egg
• Indomie super pack
• Tomatoes

Firstly, I rinsed the pot with clean water, then placed it on the hot plate and added clean water to the pot. When I noticed that the water was warm, I removed the noodles from the nylon and broke it.

Secondly, I put the Indomie inside the hot water along with dry pepper and Maggi found inside the pack.

Thirdly, I covered it so that it could cook properly. After 5 minutes, I checked the noodles and used a spoon to gently stir. Then, I broke an egg into the bowl where I had put Maggi, salt, and tomatoes. I used the spoon to mix everything together.

Lastly, when I noticed that the water is well absorbed and the noodles is softness, I put it down, after that I place the frying pan in the hot plate when I sure that the water is well dried, pour the groundnut oil. I pour the broken egg inside it. So when everything is ready I serve myself.

Why did you choose this topic for your video vlog, and what makes it special to your local culture or personal experience?

I choose this vlog because it's general food that everyone can prepare in their house it's special food that deserves some accolades and be respected whenever we served it for the visitors. It's one of my favorite food because it doesn't take much time. I always feel happy when I am cooking this food because the taste and aroma smell nice to the extent that people from outside will appreciate what you are cooking because it's kind of food that bring togetherness within the family circle. this common in every culture but I think that it originate in Asia countries and it become popular food that every love.

What were the most interesting moments or challenges you experienced while recording this vlog?

The only challenge that I faced, when I am recording this vlog is that their is no one available that would assist me in holding my phone, so that he can do the video recording properly particularly on how I make the food, including the ingredients I added to them. The moment of recording this video is that, it serve as the inspirational and for recording purpose that I do this thing by myself, especially when I break the noodles inside the pot as well as adding those ingredients together.

What new knowledge or experience did you gain while creating this video, and what would you like viewers to learn from it?

My knowledge keep on improving when I recording this video because I make sure that all the angle are properly take. And at the same time I feel excited due to the strength that I put through in cooking this delicious meal. This video will enable the viewers to learn this simple step in cooking noodles in their various home. Watching this recording video serve as the added advantage where you can quickly prepare it in the morning especially when you're going to the office or return back home, that's why we regarded it as the fast food

Based on your experience, would you recommend others to explore this food, market, or cooking style? Explain the reason for your recommendation

I recommended this cooking style for the viewer or readers to be used because it doesn't consume much time, by the time you relax for 5 to 6 minute and I checked back what you are cooking on the hot plate. Believe me your meal will be ready and enjoy alone or with your family. Noodles enable us to be on a saver side because it's affordable where both young and old people consume at anytime they prefer. It also content nutrients that's good for the body.
