Nature is not just something we see—it is something we feel.

In this week’s challenge, we connect deeply with nature through Earthing and the Elements 🌍

The goal of this week is simple:
👉 Feel nature using your senses and connect with the elements.

This week is about touching, feeling, and experiencing the natural world around you.

• Visit a nearby natural place or open environment 🌳
  (example: your home garden, courtyard, nearby field, pond side, roadside green area, school/college ground, village path, small park, rooftop garden, or any safe natural spot)

• 👉 You can also choose a nature-friendly restaurant/café or outdoor eating place 🍽️
  (example: garden restaurant, rooftop café, riverside restaurant, open-air tea stall, eco café, or any place where you can feel nature while sitting)

• Use SteemAtlas (mandatory):

  • Pin your location
  • Make sure it is a real and safe place

• Connect with nature through simple actions:

• Walk barefoot on grass or soil 🦶

• Touch water (pond, tube well, rain) 💧

• Feel the wind or sunlight ☀️

• Sit quietly in a natural environment 🌿

• Touch plants, leaves, or natural objects 🍃

• Observe the natural elements, such as:

• Earth (soil, ground, plants) 🌍

• Water (pond, rain, drinks, natural sources) 💧

• Air (fresh air, wind) 🌬️

• Sunlight (light, warmth) ☀️

• Take simple photos of:

• The place 📸

• Your activities 🤳

• Natural elements 🌱

• Share your experience:

• What you felt

• Which element you enjoyed most

• How it affected your mind and body

👉 Keep it simple, real, and connected to your daily life 💚

• Video requirement (mandatory):
