All in one fruit photography

A fruit is a part of plants that grows from flowers and hope to the seeds, that provides essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients which helps keep our body healthy. Fruits help to keep our bodies hydrated and improve our skin health and other essential part of the body. Fruit have unique shapes and colors which makes them attractive for photographers who love product photography. I decided to join the all in One fruits photography contest to write on two fruits I find really attractive - banana and cucumber.

Banana is a nutritious fruit widely eaten because it is sweet, affordable and beneficial to health. It has a soft sweet flesh covered by a protective pill. Banana is one of the most widely consumed fruits in the world, they are mostly grown in tropical regions where the climate is warm. Here in Africa, bananas are widely grown in countries like Uganda, Nigeria, Cameroon etc. banana fruits contains essential vitamins such as carbohydrates, vitamin c, potassium, dietary fiber among other nutrients which nourishes the body. It can also be used for other purposes such as baking, cooking and making smoothies. The bright color and curved nature makes banana excellent and attractive to nature photographers full stop another striking fruit is the cucumber.

A cucumber is a refreshing and nutritious fruit that develops from the flower and contain seed. It is usually Green on the outside and pale green or whitish in the inside. It is usually cylindrical in shape. Cucumbers and majorly produced in countries like China United States, turkey. in Nigeria it is grown in many states like kaduna, kano, plateau, benue, etc. the cucumber contains about 93 to 96% water which helps to keep the body hydrated, it also contains vitamin k, vitamins c potassium and dietary fiber which are all nutritious for the body. Cucumber serves different purposes, it can be used for salads, juice and even used as skin care to help cool the skin. As a photographer the cocoa is really attractive because its bright green color stands out, it has water droplets on skin which helps it maintain the freshness and it pairs well with other fruits and vegetables in creative food photography.

Bananas and cucumbers are similar in some ways, they are both nutritious and contains vitamin that promotes good health, they are widely grown in warm regions, both are attractive to nature photographers because of their colors and shapes. They are also different in some ways comma cucumber contains much more water than banana the colors and shapes of both fruits are different, banana is soft inside well cucumber is crisp and juicy. Although they have different characteristics, both bananas and cucumbers are valuable fruits that contribute to good health.
