What is the name of the food stall and community, and where is it located? Share the address information of the place also.

Well, the location that I am going to share with you is in front of a market next to Zero Point in our market. And it is a roadside food shop. And the name of that shop is Nuhash Chattopi Halim and Fuchka House. It is located in a very easy location, on the left side of the school field from Zero Point and in front of the school market.

What is the traditional or local food you buy or eat from the place?

The shop that I am going to review here is a very popular Fuchka and Chattopi Halim shop where there are a lot of customers, but today there is a human chain in the market against theft, so today there were a few less customers. I like the Halim of this shop more because he has been running his shop in this market for more than 30 years. The quality of their Halim is very good, which is why I like it a lot, that's why I got Halim there.

Why is the local food popular in your culture or community?

The best local fruits here are Halim and Chatafat, but I like Halim a lot more, which has a mixture of some pulses and some pieces of beef. Although Halim comes in two categories, BF and Chicken, I like Beefari more. And I think this shop is the best for Halim, that's why I go there to eat Halim.

Describe the ingredients, taste, and how the food is prepared briefly with us

The taste of this Halim is very delicious, especially the mixture of pulses here is very delicious. They also add some extra spices, which are their secret spices, which are used to make this Halim. And some extra salt and tamarind paste and green chilies and coriander leaves are served with them.

Share with us your experience with the food vendor and the environment.

The environment there is quite good, especially in front of the market, there is a big open space and these shops are open from four o'clock every day and there are chairs and tables for people to sit and eat there. I went there today and after many days of sitting and playing Halim, I felt very good after going there and eating Halim today.

Based on your taste and community lifestyle, would you recommend this food to visitors? Why or why not?

The first thing that cannot be said is that such foods are actually not that good for the body. Still, these are also delicious and tempting dishes that everyone likes, but if I have to recommend, I would recommend Halim because their Halim and Secret Masala are quite delicious and the only reason is that they collect all the ingredients naturally and fresh. That's why I will mainly recommend Halim. Anyway, thank you very much to everyone.

Review:
"Puchka" looks like sweet yam and potatoes that I know much about in Nigeria. Traditional food promotes heritage and culture, which you have used to promote your community heritage and culture, and the look of your community's traditional food is yummy.

Reading the post about the food at the 30-year-old Nuhash Chattopi Halim and Fuchka House, adjacent to the Zero Point school grounds, gave me a clear idea of the atmosphere of the shop. Perhaps the crowd in the shop was less due to the human chain to prevent theft, so they got a chance to eat halim in a somewhat quieter atmosphere. The use of a mixture of pulses, tamarind, and their own secret spices creates the main flavor. In my opinion, although eating outside is not always healthy, there is a different atmosphere when you try traditional Halim from a shop that has maintained a good reputation for many years. The decision to choose beef halim over chicken was also absolutely perfect. Best of luck to you in this contest. 😊
