Why did you choose this topic for your video vlog, and what makes it special to your local culture or personal experience?

I have chosen Puri House as the subject of my video vlog because it is a well-known and popular food place located in the bus terminal area of Rangpur district city. Every day, passengers from different districts, locals and tourists come here to enjoy hot puris, vegetables and other snacks. It is not just a food shop, but a meeting place for people and a beautiful reflection of the local food culture. This topic is special to me because such local food shops have been a part of our culture since childhood.

The atmosphere here, the smell of freshly fried puris and the hustle and bustle of the people always attract me. I believe that if you want to know the tradition and lifestyle of an area, it is very important to know about the local food and its environment.

What were the most interesting moments or challenges you experienced while recording this vlog?

The most interesting moment while recording the video vlog was the sight of the puris swelling in the hot oil and the skillful staff quickly frying the puris and serving them. The entire cooking process was very lively and I enjoyed capturing it on camera. Also, the crowd of people of all ages in the shop, the sight of them enjoying their food and the busy atmosphere made the vlog more realistic and interesting.

However, there were some challenges. Being in the bus terminal area, there was noise from vehicles and people around, which made it a bit difficult to capture clear audio. Also, since the shop was very crowded, I had to wait a few times to capture the video from a good angle. Despite these minor challenges, the whole experience was enjoyable,

What new knowledge or experience did you gain while creating this video, and what would you like viewers to learn from it?

While making this video, I realized that even a simple local food shop can be an important part of the culture, lifestyle and hospitality of an area. I saw firsthand how food is prepared and served to countless people quickly, healthily and with sincerity every day. The hard work of the shop staff and their efforts to ensure customer satisfaction was a valuable experience for me.
