You can start again at any moment.
How are you all? To be honest, I was sitting quietly for a long time before writing today. Nothing much was coming to mind, and many things were coming to mind, I was in this strange state. Then suddenly one thing kept coming to mind “Every moment is a new beginning.”

We often think that it takes a different time to start anew. A new year, a new month, or a special day. But have you ever noticed that the changes that really come to our lives don’t actually come with any announcement?
I myself have been in such a situation many times where I felt—this is the end of it all. There is nothing more to do. But strangely, something changed right after that time. Nothing very big, maybe just the direction of thinking changed a little. But that small change changed a lot later.
We actually hold on to the past very tightly. No mistake, no pain, no missed opportunity—we don't want to let go of these. It seems like these are our identity. But eventually we realize that even though they are a part of us, they are not our whole.

Sometimes I ask myself—"If I had the chance to start anew today, what would I do?" The funny thing is, we actually get that chance every day. We just don't see it as an opportunity.
Suppose, today was a very bad day. Everything turned upside down. Then we usually think—today was a bad day. But what happens if we think a little differently? If we think—okay, from this moment on, I can start again?
It sounds easy to hear, a little difficult to do. Because the mind doesn't want to accept it easily. It reminds us of the old words again and again. But even then, if you can slowly convince yourself a little, then maybe it works.
I'm not saying that you have to stay positive all the time. That's not realistic. You'll feel bad, you'll feel upset—that's normal. But if we can keep a little space in the midst of that bad feeling, where we can think—“This is not the end, something can start from here”—then maybe we can feel a little lighter inside.
To me, “a new beginning” doesn’t mean changing everything. Rather, it means standing in the same place and thinking a little differently. Looking at yourself a little differently.
Even if nothing goes right today, there’s one small thing you can do before the day ends—tell yourself, “Okay, I’ll try again tomorrow.” Maybe that’s the truest new beginning.
Have you ever felt like this? That you were so tired, you felt like giving up, and then everything slowly started to go right again?
