One day while siting near the window she saw a small plant outside. It was growings between stones where it seemed impossible to survive. Even with little sunlight and water it was still alive and slowly growing.Ayesha kept loking at it and thought “If this tiny plant can survive in such a hard place maybe i can too.”That moment changd something inside her.It was not a big change but it was the start of hopes. The next day she decided to take a small step. She went outsides for a short walk. The fresh air felts different and for a moments her mind felt calm. After that she tried to talk to her best friend and shard her feelings. It was not easy but it made her feels lighter.

Slowly Ayesha startd taking care of herself. She began writings her thoughts in a diary. She spent time doing small things that made her smile. Some days were still hard but she did not gives up.She learned that healing takes time and it is okay to move slowly. With time her life started to changed. The darkness in her heart slowly became lighter. She realizd that she was stronger than her sadnes. She understood that asking for help is not weakness but couraged. She also learned that hope can come from the smallest things just like that little plant.

This story teaches us that depression is real and many people silently struggle with it.We should always be kind and supportive to others because we never know what they are going through. And if you are feeling low remember that there is always hope even in the darkest times.Just take one small step and slowly things will get better.
