The name of this sports shop is Masum Khela Ghor. This shop is located on Sher-e-Bangla Road, in front of Saidpur Plaza. Usually, the shop remains open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Structure, Environment & Decoration
This shop was established quite a long time ago, and the owner himself runs the shop. The overall environment of the shop is good. However, I personally did not like the decoration very much. The products are kept in a scattered way here and there. If the items were arranged properly on racks, the shop would look much more attractive. For this reason, the decoration of the shop did not impress me much.

The shop is run by the owner himself, and he behaves very politely with every customer. He believes that good behavior is very important to maintain the reputation of the shop. His main goal is to help customers choose products according to their needs. During winter, badminton equipment is in high demand here, while in summer, football-related items are more popular. Although there is not much space for playing football, customer service here is very good, which every customer expects from a shopkeeper.

One of the most important facilities of this shop is security. CCTV cameras are installed both inside and outside the shop to ensure safety. If anything is lost or stolen, it can be easily identified. There is a small parking space in front of the shop, and adequate lighting and fans are also available.

Overall Experience
Since this is a sports shop, a wide variety of sports equipment is available here. Along with sports items, different types of sportswear are also sold. Both local and foreign sports products are available at reasonable prices. The shop has CCTV security, parking space, and payment options including cash and mobile banking. There are no employees here the owner manages everything himself. His behavior with customers is very friendly, which makes customers feel satisfied.
