A Simple Afternoon with My Son and a Delicious Roti'O Treat

A few days ago, after finishing my teaching duties at school, I picked up my son from his school as I usually do. We initially planned to head straight home, but on the way, he looked at me with a big smile and said, "Dad, can we go to Suzuya first?" I couldn't say no. Spending quality time with my son, even for a short while, is always worth it.

When we arrived at Suzuya Lhokseumawe, we took our time strolling around the shopping center. He happily chose a few grapes and snacks while I simply enjoyed watching his excitement. Seeing his cheerful face after a long day at school made me forget how tired I was after teaching all day.

The moment our order arrived, the signature aroma of freshly baked coffee bread immediately filled the air. The Original Roti'O had a crispy golden crust with a soft, buttery center that practically melted in my mouth. It tasted just as delicious as I remembered. The Iced Choco Aren was equally satisfying, offering a rich chocolate flavor balanced perfectly with the sweetness of palm sugar. It was refreshing and paired wonderfully with the warm bread.

Looking back, that afternoon was about much more than bread and a cold drink. It was about creating another beautiful memory with my son after a busy day at school. Sometimes, the greatest happiness comes from the simplest moments—walking together, sharing stories, and enjoying a warm bun over meaningful conversation.

The crust was crispy, while the inside remained soft, buttery, and fluffy. It tasted exactly as good as I remembered.

The chocolate flavor was rich without being overly sweet.
The palm sugar (aren) added a pleasant caramel-like taste that blended nicely with the chocolate. A refreshing drink for Lhokseumawe's warm afternoon.
If this TikTok promotion is still available, I would definitely recommend trying it. It's affordable, delicious, and most importantly, it turns an ordinary afternoon into a memory worth cherishing with the people you love.

I was also impressed by the service at the Roti'O outlet in Suzuya Lhokseumawe. The staff were friendly, the waiting time was short, and the seating area was clean and comfortable.
