Valley Carpenter Bee
Actually, I missed a lot of shots of this bee, since it was moving quite a lot, but I managed to catch it. As we understand, this bee is known as a fast flyer, and I might seek a possible way to catch it. Capturing this subject requires an extra effort while making sure the speed is okay to work with that. So, when I noticed it was steadily hanging on the plant, I tried to take some pictures from a distance, as I used to do when I found such an active subject. For me, it was harder than I thought, but I did not give up until I managed to do so. I found this valley carpenter bee some time ago, when I was in search of another insect in the bush. Pubescent bees have been observed pollinating agricultural plants such as passion flower and cotton, but "X.
