My Rainy Tuesday and everything in Between

The day starts with rain and I start my day with Rice, beans and Tea for breakfast. Considering the cold weather, I considered that to be the best option for the morning.

I had initial plan of going to Veronica's kitchen for her delicacy documentation because I was booked for that but the rain disturbed early in the morning. I have to wait for the rain to subside so I can go because I don't like disappointing my clients. On my way to the Kitchen, we came across some youths trying to kill a crocodile and the scene was full with a lot of people. I have to wait and capture the moment for memory use

We've finally reached Veronica's kitchen and I was able to document 3 different delicacy because it was late already and I case I'm going back there tomorrow to capture the remaining ones. The first one was rice, spice up with avocado pear and boiled eggs, this is one of the common delicacy for Nigerian, the nutritional balance of the food gives a different taste and people like this a lot.

The second one on my list was vegetable soup with Garri. A very common and delicious soup among Nigerians. According to her, some people can even use the soup as a sauce to eat other things like white rice and poridge.

Then we have white rice and stew, this is one of the common traditional and cultural food you will find on Nigeria, almost of not all the restaurants and hotels have it on their menu. It can be use in any party, occasion and ceremony.

We still have other delicacy we have to cover for the complete documentation, but let just use these ones and add colors to our day. I'm back home, safely and happy knowing that I was able to deliver my clients and her expectations comes true. Thank you for going through this, I hope it gives you joy.
