Chicken Rice sajji - 10% beneficiary to @beauty creativity

Well come to all BOC community admin, quality controller, chief executive and all other members. Hope you will be enjoying a good time . I'm also good at home .
You will be busy in your good work staying at home or work place. Stay safe, enjoy your life.
Today, Monday, 20 April 2026, we made delicious chicken rice sajji at home in a traditional style .
First, we took large pieces of chicken and marinated them with different spices. Then we kept them in the fridge for some time. After that, we fried the chicken in cooking oil until it turned nicely brown.
On the other side, we soaked the rice in water for a while. Then we fried onions in oil and added ginger, tomatoes, green chilies, and various spices to make a tasty mixture. We also added raisins, almonds, and cashews.

Next, we added water according to the rice and let it boil. When the water started boiling, we added the rice. When the rice was almost cooked, we left it on low heat (dum) for 15 minutes.
Finally, we added the fried chicken pieces to the rice, and our delicious chicken rice sajji was ready
Everyone at home really enjoyed it—it was very tasty
