It looks like building a fire in our wood stove this year will soon be finished!☺️
“Liz… I have had the wood stove loaded up with paper and kindling, for a week without ONE fire!”😮
It is late April, so it’s not over till it’s over, but a full week without a fire this time of year is very telling!😎
Outside, Silvertop has maybe one more day splitting firewood, and that too will be finished!💪☺️
Look closely at the second photo my friends! At the far end of the photo I have a woodshed close to our house, loaded up with firewood from 2021! Then if you pan back towards my mountain of firewood, you are looking at just over…… get this…. TWENTY FOUR cords of split firewood!🤗
Silvertop’s “Double Black Diamond” mountain of firewood, was all hand split with a Fiskers X27 Ax starting in early January…….. weather permitting, of course Lol!😅

The weekend is here, it’s time for Silvertop to put aside his Ax, and enjoy the beautiful weather, and spend some time with Liz!😍
