Hello friends, I hope you are all well. For the first week of the Steemit Challenge contest, I will be sharing my experience and a review of my visit to a Chocolate Store. I would like to thank the organizers of this challenge, and without further delay, I am starting my participation.

A visit to the chocolate store- Modhubon

I visited Madhubon Cooling Corner, a place where a wide variety of local and foreign chocolates are available. It is a bakery and confectionery store, but a specific section has been dedicated specially for chocolates, has numerous varieties and flavors.

I visited the Madhubon branch at Alangkar, located along the Dhaka Trunk Road in Chattogram. This chocolate store provides service daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. They have many branches, and the one I visited is one of their flagship outlets.

Firstly, I want to show you the interior and environment of the store. The store is spacious and well-proportioned, with numerous food shelves spread throughout the area. The entire store is divided into several sections where confectionery items, bakery items, fried foods, and chocolate/cold drink items are kept separately.

The interior of the store is quite beautiful and elegant. If customers wish, they can sit inside and enjoy their favorite ice cream and various other foods. The beautiful interior on the ceiling and the colorful chandeliers are quite eye-catching. The chocolate section is visible right at the entrance of the store.

Now, coming to the chocolate section. Here, chocolates are arranged on several shelves and tables near the cash counter area. There are various local and international brands including KitKat, Dairy Milk, Kinder Joy, Bournville, Snickers, Ferrero Rocher (Raffaello), Munch, and chocolates from the Treat company.

I do not know the names of all the chocolates, and since I don't eat chocolate very often, I am not familiar with every brand. However, I saw some small varieties of chocolates that seemed perfect for sharing at birthdays or class parties.

The price of each chocolate varies. Some brands like KitKat, Amul, dark chocolate, Bournville, and Snickers, along with other foreign brands, have different prices based on their weight in grams. Their prices are somewhat higher because they are imported into our country, and import duties are added to chocolate items. However, there are some local brands whose prices are relatively lower.

I saw a huge variety of chocolates in this store. Those looking for different types of chocolates for programs like birthdays, parties, or baby showers will easily find all their required varieties here, and they can even buy a single piece.

There are some chocolates that must be bought in boxes; they cannot be purchased individually. For those who want to gift someone on a birthday or give something to a loved one, these boxed chocolates are the best option. Besides cash, payment methods like bKash, Nagad, and bank cards are available.

Although everyone knows Madhubon as a confectionery store, many customers are unaware that they have a section dedicated exclusively to local and foreign chocolates. Since all favorite chocolate items are available in one place, customers can shop according to their convenience.

✓ Which chocolate caught your attention the most during this visit?

When I visited the store, the small chocolates caught my eye the most. Actually, these are random chocolates and toffees kept together in large quantities on some trays. These chocolates are small in size, and they were very eye-catching because of the colorful plastic wrappers around them. Children love these the most, and this type of chocolate is perfect for sharing with many people at once.

✓ When choosing, which of these chocolates do you prefer: dark, milk or white?

I have always liked dark chocolate. I have eaten Amul brand dark chocolate many times; at one point, I used to eat it regularly, though I don't eat it as much now. To many, dark chocolate tastes a bit bitter because it contains a higher amount of cocoa, but it also has more health benefits. I have no problem eating dark chocolate, and I find it quite delicious. There were times when I finished a large 100g pack of dark chocolate in one sitting.
