বাংলাদেশে ঋতু পরিক্রমায় এখন বর্ষাকাল। চারদিকে নদী-নালা, খাল-বিল ও ডোবা পানিতে ভরে উঠেছে। এই সময়টি জেলেদের জন্য যেন এক ব্যস্ততার মৌসুম। রাত🌖ভোর থেকে তারা বিভিন্ন ধরনের জাল দিয়ে মাছ ধরতে ব্যস্ত থাকেন। প্রকৃতির এই অপরূপ দৃশ্য সত্যিই মনকে আনন্দে ভরিয়ে দেয়।

It is now the rainy season in Bangladesh. Rivers, canals, ponds and ponds are filled with water all around. This time is a busy season for fishermen. They are busy catching fish with different types of nets from night to dawn. This beautiful view of nature really fills the mind with joy.

আজ আমাদের বাড়ির পাশে খাল থেকে জেলে বাঁশের তৈরি বড় জাল দিয়ে মাছ ধরছেন। কিছুক্ষণ পরেই জাল তুলে দেখা গেল নানা প্রজাতির দেশি মাছ, চিংড়ি টেংরা পুঁটি সিং বাইল্লাহ এবং কাঁকড়া ধরা পড়েছে। এত টাটকা মাছ দেখে আর লোভ সামলাতে পারলাম না। আমি সেখান থেকেই কিছু মাছ কিনে বাড়িতে নিয়ে আসলাম।

Today, fishermen are catching fish from the canal next to our house with a large net made of bamboo. After a while, when they lifted the net, they saw that various species of local fish, shrimp, tengra, poonti singh bailah and crabs had been caught. Seeing so many fresh fish, I could not control my greed anymore. I bought some fish from there and brought them home.

বাড়িতে এসে মাছগুলো সুন্দরভাবে আলাদা করে সাজিয়ে কয়েকটি ছবি তুললাম। টাটকা দেশি মাছের স্বাদ যেমন অতুলনীয়, তেমনি এগুলো আমাদের শরীরের জন্যও খুবই পুষ্টিকর। গ্রামের এই প্রাকৃতিক পরিবেশ, জেলেদের কঠোর পরিশ্রম এবং বর্ষার সৌন্দর্য একসাথে যেন এক অন্যরকম অনুভূতি এনে দেয়।

When I got home, I arranged the fish beautifully and took a few pictures. The taste of fresh local fish is incomparable, and they are also very nutritious for our body. The natural environment of the village, the hard work of the fishermen, and the beauty of the monsoon all come together to bring a different feeling.
