My story 22/5/2026 : Happy Friday! In the evening, have some tea and then go to the playground.

Hello, my lovely friends! Good things happen every day, and today is no exception. I have another story to share... Don't get bored yet! It's a story from everyday life, filled with happiness, fun, and enjoyment. Sometimes it also contains thoughts and stress, but that's okay because this is real life, and I believe many of you may experience similar things as well. My story begins this morning, as usual.

Morning atmosphere: The mornings are so cool and pleasant. I want to say every day how wonderful the air is. It's a small rural area with not much traffic, so there's no need to worry about congestion. The sky is very clear today. Today, the sky has two colors; one side is cloudy as if it's going to rain, but the other side is the sunlight shining through the clouds, revealing another beautiful aspect of nature. This morning, I drove the kids to school as usual.

Trees in front of the house: My small garden has small trees in front of the house. In this humid air, there are many tiny insects. They are part of my way of relaxing, as watching these little creatures is enjoyable and keeps me looking for something new every morning. Today, I found a creature about to emerge, clinging to a pandan leaf, about to become a pupa. I'm not sure what it will become when it hatches, but I think it might be a little butterfly. It looks cute and unusual.

Treats from my husband: After finishing the housework, it's time to relax until my husband wakes up and goes out to buy something to eat. He chooses to buy bread for our daughter and a small treat for me. Whether he buys small or large pieces, I'm happy that he doesn't neglect his duties as a husband. I've met or talked to friends about how, after women have children, husbands often focus more on the children and neglect their duties to their wives, but my husband isn't like that. I like to playfully tease him about why his daughter gets a big treat while mine is small, haha. It's just playful teasing to maintain a good family relationship; it's not serious at all.

Tea Time: Around 3 PM, the weather started to get hot. My husband was working from home – today was a good day, haha! The kids came home from school wanting ice cream, so we decided to go to a beverage shop that also sold ice cream and tea. It didn't take long to drive to our chosen shop. The drinks here are reasonably priced and taste really good. There are many franchise or branch stores like this in my area; there are several of the same chain. The kids chose ice cream, my daughter had lemon tea, and I had my favorite iced tea with tapioca pearls because of its smooth flavor and chewy texture. We enjoyed the cool, air-conditioned atmosphere inside the shop. It wasn't very crowded today; most people seemed to be using delivery services.

Meeting up: In the evening, the children usually meet their friends at the playground. My youngest daughter asked me to take her because she had a meeting with friends. Actually, they didn't have a meeting; the children come because their parents bring them to the playground to play and get some exercise. I quickly finished preparing dinner. Today, I made three dishes, as usual – nothing complicated, just stir-fries and soups. Sometimes I run out of ideas for what to cook. Buying food outside is quite wasteful, so I prefer simple meals. I cleaned up the area with my youngest daughter helping me; sometimes she helps, sometimes she messes things up, as children usually do. Once everything was ready, it was time to take the children to the playground. The atmosphere was lovely today; the evening was cool and breezy. My daughter played with her friends happily until 7:30 PM. It wasn't quite dark yet, so we slowly made our way home. I could see a crescent moon faintly in the sky, which was incredibly beautiful. Everything felt like happiness, wasn't it? That's what I experience each day. And that's my article for today.
