It is one of the most eye-catching attractions in the amusement park because of its unique horror-themed exterior. Although I have visited this place several times from the outside, I do not remember entering inside. Even so, the impressive decorations and creative design always attract my attention whenever I visit Shopnopuri.
My Visit
House of Horror is one of the most popular entertainment attractions inside Shopnopuri Amusement Park. The attraction is specially designed with horror-themed decorations, making it look mysterious yet entertaining. The structure looks very unusual because it is shaped like a giant demon's mouth. Visitors enjoy the unique appearance of the structure, making the experience exciting even before entering the attraction.
Amazing View of the Attraction

Although the attraction is designed to create a scary atmosphere, I found the exterior decorations more funny than frightening. However, younger children may still feel a little scared after seeing the large monster faces, skulls, skeletons, and ghost sculptures.
Ticket Counter

One unique thing I noticed was the ticket counter. Instead of an ordinary booth, it is designed like a giant monster, perfectly matching the horror theme of the attraction.

The entrance fee is only 50 BDT, making it an affordable attraction for visitors of all ages.
Horror Decorations

The attraction is decorated with giant skulls, skeletons, ghosts, monsters, and many colorful horror-themed sculptures. These decorations create an exciting atmosphere and provide excellent backgrounds for photography.

Although the decorations represent scary characters, they are designed in a colorful and artistic way that makes them enjoyable to look at.
1. What is the "secret" to having a really good time in this place?
I think the secret is to visit with friends or family. Exploring the attraction together, taking photos, laughing at the funny monster decorations, and enjoying the amusement park make the experience much more memorable. If you enjoy horror-themed places with a sense of humor, you will definitely have a great time here.
2. If this place had a funny warning sign made by you, what would it say?
"Warning! Enter at your own risk. If you scream louder than the ghosts, they might ask you for an autograph!"
3. Tell us a funny blooper or memorable moment.
Although I don't have a specific funny incident from this place, I do remember how I felt whenever I saw something Horror as a child. From the outside, it looked genuinely scary, especially because of the giant demon face, skulls, and ghost decorations. Most of the time, I didn't have the courage to buy a ticket and go inside.

Now that I am older, my perspective has completely changed. Instead of feeling frightened, I find the decorations quite funny and creative. Looking back, it's amusing to think that something which once seemed so terrifying now feels like an entertaining attraction. I believe many people have had the same experience, what scares us as children often becomes something we laugh about as adults.
4. If you had an unlimited budget, what attraction would you add?
If I had an unlimited budget, I would transform the House of Horror into a much more immersive experience. I would add an interactive horror tunnel featuring realistic sound effects, smoke, moving animatronic characters, and advanced 3D visual effects that make visitors feel like they are part of a horror movie.
I would also include a moving ghost train that takes visitors through different haunted scenes, dark tunnels, and spooky environments. The combination of the moving train, 3D effects, lighting, and special effects would make the experience far more exciting and unforgettable for visitors of all ages who enjoy horror-themed entertainment.
My Personal Opinion
Although I did not enter the House of Horror during my visits, I really enjoyed exploring its exterior. The colorful horror decorations, creative architecture, and unique entrance make it one of the most interesting places inside Shopnopuri Amusement Park. I hope to experience the inside of the attraction on my next visit.
My Invitation- @rauja apu, @lirvic & @chant

I must say that your article reminds me of my visit to the park i visited at calabar. I really enjoyed reading your review of the the House of Horror at the Shopnopuri Amusement park. Your descriptions of the colorful monster sculptures, giant demon entrance, and creatively designed ticket counter made it easy to visualize the attraction. You know sometimes we can't tell if we would get over our childhood fears. I liked how you explain your feelings around this kind of environment as a kid, you could just laugh and say I wasn't scared right now. You know not most parks have affordable entrance fee, it's nice to know that the place has one of the best entrance. There's no doubt you'll laugh at the monsters while touring because you just imagine what you were scared of as a kid.
