Aeriel rope

Another great Ariel class today. I haven’t been for a while and was worried I would have gone backwards but it seems the other disciplines have actually helped a little bit as my inverts are much better.

This was a fun trick, can’t wait till I’m good enough to be able to do flows in any of the aeriels 😅
