trapeze

in CCS11 hours ago

Yesterday I tried trapeze for the first time, although I’ve done quite a bit of aerial over the last year I am terrified of heights so this was super challenging. The hardest part was jumping off the platform at the beginning and landing on the net for the first time. I definitely screamed the first couple of times. It did get easier though and I even found myself feeling exhilarated by the experience I feel like this is the closest you can get to experiencing what it’s like to fly.
I was amazed that everyone i went with got the catch!
has anyone tried this or would try it?

What a fun bunch you lot are! Have you had the chance to train in a circus?

I imagine it would be really cool, but whether I let go or not would definitely depend on how much I trust the catcher... ;-))

actually once they grab you there isn’t much thinking 🤣 it’s all very quick.

how do you train in a circus? i did win a 5 day circus skills workshop on instagram tho next week! first time i ever won a competition lol
