How are you all? I hope everyone is well. I am going to share today's program with you and they are photography of chili peppers, photography of the part that remains when the pepper is picked from the tree, and photography of black pepper.
Basically, there are countless varieties of chili peppers. Especially among chili peppers, there are many species, big and small, and whatever I say, and different categories of chili peppers. All of them are very interesting, some are spicy, some are a little sweet, and some are netted. Again, there are many small chili peppers, some are grape chili peppers, and one by one, there are white and black varieties.
When it comes to chili peppers, there is no end to the journey of so many types of chili peppers and there are hybrid chili peppers that are harvested in very large quantities. Okay, although the indigenous species are less harvested, they are a little bit more spicy, which is why people prefer the netted ones. And chili peppers can be eaten raw, eaten with various recipes, and currently no family in Bangladesh can run without chili peppers.
Different types of raw chilies are used in cooking, and when the raw chilies are ripe, they are dried and blended well and made with them. In addition, these types of chilies can be made into eighteen, although dried chilies are kept in the house and used in every dish or in different types.
However, the use of this raw chili is excessive because raw chilies are given in every dish, and many people do not use ground chilies if they use raw chilies. Again, there are some who cook only with old chilies and do not use raw chilies, and there are some who make recipes with a combination of the two.
