Esta receta me inspiró una publicación en una de las redes sociales de mi teléfono. Al principio, dudaba en probarla, pensando que no me saldría bien; parecía fácil, pero créanme, el último paso fue bastante complicado. Este mochi de leche se prepara con solo cuatro ingredientes: leche, harina de arroz glutinoso, azúcar granulada y coco rallado para decorar. Su sabor auténtico es realmente especial; ¡tienen que probar a hacerlo en casa!

Como amante de la leche, este plato es sin duda una novedad para mí. Es increíble cómo la leche se puede convertir en un mochi sencillo sin la molestia de darle forma de bolitas ni añadir rellenos: solo hay que cocinarla, verterla en un molde y servir. Algunos lo llaman "leche masticable", pero creo que "rebanadas de mochi de leche" es un nombre más apropiado. ¡Veamos los pasos para prepararlo!

70 gramos de harina de arroz glutinoso
100 gramos de azúcar granulada
Coco seco rallado, al gusto
Combina la harina de arroz glutinoso y la leche en una cacerola y añade el azúcar granulada.

Serví mi mochi de leche en un plato. El último paso, mientras esperaba a que el mochi cuajara, fue un poco complicado porque no quería que se endureciera demasiado. Estoy casi segura de que el error fue que no lo cociné el tiempo suficiente, así que no estaba completamente seco y aún estaba un poco líquido cuando lo vertí en el molde. Como ya estaba listo, lo cubrí inmediatamente con coco rallado.

Como resultado, los trozos no eran perfectamente cuadrados y aún estaban un poco pegajosos, pero tenían un sabor absolutamente delicioso. Los sabores dulces y salados del coco y la leche se apreciaban a la perfección. En mi opinión, este es un pastel de leche realmente exquisito que se disfruta mejor frío después de haber estado un rato en el refrigerador.
