I have played games on Steemit for the first time

My humble greetings to the cur8 community. I'm Grace and you can call me Ama, that's my local name. I had no idea there was a gaming niche on Steemit until I saw some of my friends share their cur8 journey post, and wondered what it was. Then I found out it was a whole community of gamers and a gaming platform with different games.

I went right to the website and I logged in with my Steemit username and posting key.

In my screenshot I hid the posting key part for security reasons but I signed in successfully.

I was greeted with a beautiful page with different games on it. It's late in the night and I barely like to sleep after 12 midnight so I only tried about four of the games, I'll try the rest tomorrow. Since it's the weekend I'll get the time.

There was a gift box I also saw at the bottom right side, I clicked on it and they said daily login. So that means if I keep coming back I'll claim all the coins. I claimed the first one.

So I went through the list of games. The first one was called Sky Tower.

It is a block stacking game and I tried my very best to stack enough blocks, I got to 63 blocks before I couldn't stack another one.

I saw a pink notification showing in the hamburger menu so I clicked and it was a menu called Quests. I clicked the claim button and they said quest completed and I got coins again. I think it's not hard to get coins here is it.

I saw that there's a leaderboard for some of the games and I sent a comment in the @cur8 account, although I'm far below on the leaderboard,

I'll try to do well tomorrow.

I tried another game called Blocky Road. With this game I have to move through obstacles and the more steps I take the points increase

. So I figured those in the leaderboard were able to take more steps than I did. I took 23 steps in my first play of the game. I played again and took 44 steps.

But then I realized I'm supposed to be collecting the coins as well not just taking the steps. So in this try I took 53 steps and got 3 coins.

I was getting a bit tired because of my long day so I decided to try another game. This one was called Survivor Arena.

You choose a character that automatically shoots things coming to kill you and you do it as long as you can survive. A cool game design.

You also have to take the green balls for energy I think and other things along the way. I'll familiarize myself with it as I keep coming back to it.

I could only survive 1 minute 11 seconds. I reached level 3 and killed 43 people.

The next game I tried was Space Shooter 2. This is also a shooting game but in levels and it's with a space shooting jet.

I started with beginner difficulty level, selected striker jet because I liked the name and the color and my ultimate was missile storm, don't know what that would do but anyways I went ahead to play.

It was a big boss jet called Scarab Drone that ended me.

I liked the games so far and I'm anticipating the fun I'll have tomorrow
