Hello friends, I hope you are all well. For the fifth week of the Steemit Challenge contest, I will be sharing my experience and a review of my visit to a Sandwich Stall. I would like to thank the organizers of this challenge, and without further delay, I am starting my participation.

The Urban Spicy

I visited "The Urban Spicy" food cart, a place known for its sandwiches. Alongside sandwiches, this food cart offers a variety of appetizing snacks that are highly popular among the younger generation. The cart is run by two young college students who manage this business part-time alongside their studies.

"The Urban Spicy" food cart is located near the M. A. Aziz Stadium in the Kazir Dewri area of Chittagong. Since it is situated right next to the main highway, it easily catches the eye. It operates only from afternoon to night. Because the owners themselves are students, the stall doesn't have a rigid opening time, but they are consistently there from evening through the night.

The food cart is built with a steel structure, similar to typical food carts, but they have maintained a specific theme that I found quite unique. There is very limited space inside the stall, where the two brothers work together to serve the food.

They prepare the food items at home and bring them to the cart. Right at the front of the stall, they showcase their food inside a glass container. As soon as customers approach the stall, these mouth-watering items immediately catch their attention, which can be called a smart marketing strategy.

Apart from sandwiches, various fried items are available here. I saw many items on their menu, though I learned from speaking with the owner that not all items are available all the time. They offer different variants of burgers, chicken fry, rolls, meat boxes, momos, chicken balls, mini pizzas, and several other items. With multiple variants for a single item, customers can easily find their preferred food.

Respecting the theme of my content, I ordered a sandwich from them. After I placed the order, they heated it up and served it beautifully on a plate. They asked me which sauce I wanted since they had a few options available; I chose tomato sauce, and they served it with mayonnaise.

When I tasted the sandwich, I found it to be very good. Eating a piping hot sandwich with mayonnaise made it taste even better. I really appreciated that they asked me if I needed extra mayonnaise or sauce. Furthermore, they had a separate seating arrangement for customers to enjoy their food.

✓ Regarding the atmosphere of the establishment, would you say it is a place conducive to staying and consuming in peace or is it more oriented towards being a quick takeaway option?

Considering the surroundings of this food cart, I can confidently say that if anyone wants to sit there and satisfy their hunger, they can do so without any hesitation. I sat there myself and enjoyed the sandwich. Being next to the stadium, the environment was lovely, making it an even more enjoyable spot to hang out and eat with friends. If anyone is in a hurry, they can also easily opt for a takeaway parcel.

✓ What are those three essential ingredients that can never be missing from your perfect sandwich?

In my opinion, the three ingredients that can never be missing from a perfect sandwich are toasted bread, a chicken filling inside, and mayonnaise. Without these, a perfect sandwich is simply not possible. While many people add egg, lettuce, and other high-protein ingredients to the filling, the true flavor of a sandwich is realized as long as there is a chicken filling. Moreover, if the bread is beautifully toasted, it tastes delicious with mayonnaise.
