RUSSELL 2000 is still holding near ATH.

Compared to ETH(Ethereum), RUSSELL 2000(U.S. small cap index) is still holding around ATH(All Time High).

I think investros regard RUSSELL 2000 is less risky than altcoins. That's a bit disappointing..

I've been waiting for the money movement form stock markets to cryptos. I don't know how many months we have to wait for it. That's why I save money.
