The Diary Game: [20-04-2026] My Monday Diary, Hospital Check-up And New Shoes

Hello my Steem mates, happy new week to you all, it's Esther Umoh @quinnesther as my steemit username. Here is my today's diary as the beginning of the week starting with a long and stressful day. I had forgotten that today was my check-up day so I got up very late with no idea of going out only for me to realize that I had an appointment with my doctor so I quickly rush to brush my teeth and take my bath, got dressed and warm my remaining of yesterday which was eba with okora soup, after eating I headed down to the park since I was a bit late I couldn't meet up with the cheeper bus on getting there it was just mini bus that was there I couldn't wait any longer for a bigger bus since it was just a naira different .

When I got to the entrance of the hospital everywhere seems to look busy at first so with the idea of today is Monday many people are just resuming for the week only for me to get closer to my check-up hall starting from the lobby everywhere was looking scars and empty unlike other days. When I entered the hall I found out that I wasn't the only person that was late so I greeted the nurses and had my seat waiting for others to come, after sometime the nurses couldn't wait anymore for others to come so they decided to start with their teaching but we first prayed before starting our health talk on how to take good care of our health and eat healthy .

After the health talk we proceeded to make payment before other people started coming but my doctor wasn't on seat early so I ended up spending almost my whole day at the hospital after a while he arrived and we all moved in for our check-up and I also ended up being second to the last instead of being the first but all thanks to God it went well though I went home very late that my roommate was even worried that I had stayed more than expected.

On my way home I saw shoes at the bus stop that really draw my attention so I decided to go buy, I pick the one I want then we started bargaining price I got a pair of shoes for myself even though I needed to to get home quick cause I was so hungry and didn't have what to eat at home.

So I got home I didn't even rest for a second I went to where I usually get my foodstuffs and got few things since I didn't got enough money on me, I decided to make rice and pepper soup since is going to be a fastest and easy food to prepare so I won't have to stay more longer cause I was so hungry and tired. After preparing my meal I ate I had a nap for sometime so I decided to share my day with you guys.
