“Health is wealth” – what it really means

The phrase “Health is wealth” means that health is more valuable than money gold or any other material things.A person may have a lot of wealth a big house or expensive things but if they are not healthy they cannot enjoy anything in life. On the other hand a healthy person with little money can still live a happy and peaceful life.This is why health is considered the real wealth of life.Good health allows us to enjoy every moment of life. When a person is healthy they can work study travel and spend time with family and friends without any difficulty.Health gives us energy to do our daily tasks and achieve our goals.Without good health even simple activities become very hard. For example if someone is sick they cannot go to school cannot work properly and cannot enjoy life.
Many people focus only on earning money but they ignore their health. They eat unhealthy food do not take proper rest and avoid exercise. This lifestyle slowly damages the body and minds.Later in life they spend all their money on hospitals and medicines.At that times they realized that health was more important than wealth.That is why we should take care of our health from the begining.A healthy lifestyle is not very difficult. We can stay healthy by eating balancd food drinking enough water sleeping on times and doing regular physical activity.Walking running and playing outdoor games help keep our body strong.Mental healths is also part of good health so we should stay positives avoid stress and spend time with peoples who make us happy.
Good healths also helps in building a successful life.A healthy person can thinking clearly make better decisions and work with full energy.Students can study wells workers can performs better and families can live peacefully when everyone is healthy.Health is the base of a strongs and happy life.We should also understand that small habits can protect our health in the long run.Avoiding junk food reducing screen times and keeping our body active can make a big difference.Regular checkups and proper care also helps in preventing diseases.
