The Diary Game: Overcoming Procrastination, Power Supply Issues And Eating What I Craved for _ (27/04/2026)

Good day my wonderful steemians audience, it's chiamaka okoronta but @chiamakag as my Steemit username. I've been procrastinating for a while now about washing my clothes, I'll decide on washing the clothes then later I'll change my mind and end up not washing the clothes again. So today I stood my ground and told myself that I must wash my clothes and I did it. I woke up so early, because in our hostel if you don't wake up early to wash your clothes, there won't be any space for you to hang on the clothes lines because of other people washing their clothes too. So because of that I woke up early, packed my clothes outside, fetched some water and began washing it. After I was done I sprayed my clothes I just finished washing on the clothes lines, then I packed my buckets and went back to my room. There was no power supply in the hostel so I decided to go to my friend's place to power my phone because my battery was running really down and she told me they have had power supply. So after bathing, I dressed up and left the hostel.

On my way to her house something annoying happened, and what happened was that before I could get to her house still on the road, the power was interrupted and I was so pissed and annoyed for real, because since all this while they had power supply but immediately I got to her street it was interrupted, I was discouraged but I went instead hoping there would be power supply in the next minutes and also because my coconut rice was still remaining and I have to get to her house in order to eat it. I reached her house, ate my remaining coconut rice and waited for the power supply but no way, in the process of waiting I feel asleep, only to be woken up by a call from my roommate that there was now power supply in the hostel, so I told my friend and considering the fact that my phone was going very very low, I hurriedly stood up and went back to the hostel in order to power my phone. I reached the hostel but before entering my room I remembered that washed my clothes and so I decided to go pack them before going back to my room to avoid them being stolen.

So I packed my clothes went back to my room plugged my phone and kept my clothes I had packed on my bed. After resting for a while, I finally decided to organise my washed clothes I had packed from outside, gradually gradually I was done arranging my clothes, and I packed them into my bag, my phone was still charging because it was really low, I was tempted to press my phone but later decided to allow it charge. I'm almost done with my textbook that I've been reading for my exams, because actually my exams is really drawing close and then I continued reading my textbook in preparation for my upcoming exam.

I was done arranging my clothes, I checked my phone and it was almost full then I decided to sleep for a while, only to be woken up again by my roommate the second time today, so I woke up and gave her what she needed, after that I couldn't sleep no more and my phone was fully charged, since I couldn't continue sleeping I decided to watch some movies on my phone before going out to get a meal to eat, after much thought about what to buy and eat, I finally agreed within me to go with pasta. So I carried my plate, went outside to the food seller's stand and he wasn't done cooking which made me to wait because if I leave that place and go back to my hostel to wait, before I could come back the crowd will be massive, so that made me to sit down and wait for him to be done. In less than 10 minutes the food was ready, and I was the first person he sold to because I've been waiting for a long time at his stand. I paid him, got up and took my leave, I also got soft drink to go with the pasta. I came back to my room and ate the pasta which was really tasty, which I supported with my soft drink.
