Nobody Owes You Success
What have you pictured your success story to be? Are you involving your rich uncles or aunties to help you or to give you a call that will change your life? Are you waiting for someone to pick you up from the slumps and bring you spotlight? Or are you dependent on your families fortune or are you waiting for a miracle alert? Don't relax or feel comfortable having the assurance that someone will help you. We all are not getting any younger have we asked ourselves what if my rich uncle's or rich aunties does not help me. What if my parents forsake me or my friends. The question is: Can I survive? Living life is a process and no one should place their Hope on anyone for survival. The sky is big enough to contain as many as that want to succeed if you win celebrate but if you lose don't put your blame on anyone your success are failure lies in your hands.
Success is not a gift handed out of pity or entitlement. It is earned through consistency, discipline, sacrifice and resilience. Many people have dream, but not everyone that can put in the work towards achieving those dreams. Sometimes, we say life is unfair, we see others going ahead and achieving their goal, even living the lives we want. It is frustrating and discouraging. One thing we should never do is comparing our lives with others, everyone has a different path, different destiny and a different story. What that matters is what you use the time and opportunity that you have.
I will like to say that NO ONE OWES YOU ANY MOTIVATION. At times the path might be rough, stressful, discouraging. That's is the time discipline take over, that's when resilience comes to play. You have to push yourself, motivate yourself when no one doesn't. Life as a student isn't easy, you read even when you don't want to read. At times those sacrifices we make, comes from the place of hardworking, from the place of dependence. There's a common success story amongst the successful, which is they came from where no one cares, where no one supports.
CONCLUSION It is also important to note that failure is part of the process, you will make mistakes, you will face rejection, it might feel like, it's not working.
