The Diary Game:[06/08/2026] going to the market, going to the store and cooking beans and potatoe

hello everyone welcome to another episode of diary session still remains @johnpology,it rained heavily at night, so it was cold outside,I covered myself with a duvet and laid at my bed, and I dozed off, I woke up and was still feeling sleepy, before I could know it I ended up sleeping again, when I finally woke up it was already around 3:02, when I came outside my neighbors were asking me,if I was okay,I didn't even know what happened to me, what I know was I over slept,I was already hungry so I went inside refreshed and headed to the market to purchase some stuffs.

actually I was hungry but I didn't know what to consume,I was thinking of different delicacy, while going on the road ,it was already getting dark,I branched at the road side where I saw potatoes, and I went to ask for the price, eventually,the price wasn't much,so I purchased it,and headed to the market.

I when I arrived at the market it was actually late,and dark,so I couldn't take more pictures,so I proceeded to go buy some stuffs,I bought beans, vegetables, spices, and other required ingredients I needed, it took me some time in the market, cause most people were already gone,so after some minutes I was done buying the food stuffs,then I headed out of the market.

I don't actually know what I was really craving for, what I know was that I was hungry and needed to eat,so instead of going home directly,I headed to a mini store near the market square to purchase some provision,so if I couldn't eat the food,I will take the provision,I purchased this with the remainder of money from the market purchase, cause I didn't purchase much stuffs at the market.

From the store I headed home, while going home I didn't take the bus, cause there's always this story of kidnap in the night through the commercial bus, so I decided to take the walk by the road side,it wasn't bad at all, cause there were street lights in the street, so I felt more comfortable, moreover my house isn't that much far from the store.

when I got home 🏡,I had to take out my rechargeable torch,cause it was dark and they're was no electric power supply, this is mostly seen in African countries, they don't have steady supply of power unlease it's through generators,listers or solar energy which are individually managed,I brought out my potatoes and began to peal out the body coverings (peals)and cutting them into desired sizes, after I washed them and setted them at side.

I also brought out my beans and putted it in a tray,to remove locusts,and their body coverings,I began to remove and separate them, after I putted it in the fire with some water and after about 8 minutes I brought it down which it was half done I washed properly, this is to abstract preservatives.

after everything was ready it was time to start cooking my beans and potatoe,I brought out my pot added water and my beans,I added enough palm oil,salt, crayfish,pepper,spices and other required ingredients,then I allowed to cook for about 12 minutes,so the beans will be soft,I putted my potatoes, onions and vegetables,then left for extra 6 minutes,the aroma filled my kitchen, finally my beans and potatoe was ready.

after the food was ready I took some and tasted,it was nice but it wasn't what was in appetite,so I brought out my custard and chocolate which I purchased from the store, I will apply hot water on the custard and add some chocolate, I will take it tonight,a nice meal and a wonderful day.
