There are many types of bananas available in our region, Sabri banana, Sagar banana, Kanchkala, Champa banana, Sagar banana, Bija banana, these bananas are very popular in our region and these bananas are available in every house. Because many trees are planted in rural areas, different types of banana trees are available. Each of these tastes different, but I like Sabri banana the most among them. However, one nutritional value is the same in all of them. The nutrients of all bananas are now very high, bananas fulfill the calorie needs of our body. A person should eat two bananas every day, so I try to eat bananas every day.
- Ingredients:
One banana
200 grams of milk
1 teaspoon of sugar
4 cashew nuts
As much salt as needed
First step:
I took a large size Sabri banana here. I washed the banana cleanly with water and cut it into small pieces.
Second step:
In a blender jar, I put the bananas and added 200 grams of boiled and cooled milk, then I added a spoonful of sugar and some salt and blended it.
Third step:
I blended all the ingredients for about five minutes. Then I chopped four cashew nuts on top.This is how I made my banana milkshake. A very healthy food in the scorching heat, there is no alternative to eating such food to keep yourself cool. It was very delicious to eat and I think it can be made very quickly.
