So let's have some great experiences in this special library today. Each of which will give an idea about the healthy effects of boiling water. Here, first of all, I thank you @jyoti-thelight mam for choosing healthy fruits. In today's adventure, I will share with you all an interesting milkshake tutorial in the combination of special pomegranate, carrot and apple. May your precious time be spent peacefully and comfortably quenching your thirst. Let's get started.
Especially in our country, Bangladesh, no pomegranate fruit is cultivated commercially. However, as far as I know, pomegranate fruit is abundantly produced in the courtyards of homes or on the roof gardens of houses. For example, we have a pomegranate fruit tree on the roof of our house and this year we got pomegranate fruit.

However, in our Rangpur district of Bangladesh, the pomegranate fruit called "Spanish Ruby" is usually found.
There is also the "Wonderful" pomegranate fruit. The pomegranate fruits of this variety are usually very red inside and juicy. The seeds are very thick.
There is also the sweet and delicious "Muscat Red" pomegranate fruit which is very delicious and sweet to eat.
There are two more varieties here, for example, "Bedana" Kanchan" or Shankar which is a hybrid.
Pomegranate fruit is usually considered a healthy fruit to add to various salads. We also find it very sweet and delicious to eat pomegranate juice by squeezing it with our hands. For example, pomegranate smoothie juice can be made. Pomegranate is used in puddings including fruit custard and faluda. Moreover, pomegranate juice is used while marinating meat. Moreover, pomegranate juice can be made by mixing different types of fruits together and adding pomegranate fruit to make juice and eat it even in intense heat.
Pomegranate, rich in antioxidants, is a delicious and very beneficial fruit to eat. It helps control your body's cholesterol and blood pressure. And helps in a lot of digestive power. Moreover, it helps in increasing the blood of the human body as it is rich in vitamin C and iron. Apples also contain a lot of vitamin C antioxidants, so I have added apples. Carrots usually contain vitamins A and K along with fiber potassium. Which plays an important role in the immune system, including the digestive process, hair and skin.

Here I have prepared two glasses of smoothie milkshake. Which cost 400 taka in Bangladeshi taka. Which is 74.7 according to Steem price. However, in our Bangladesh currently a kilogram of pomegranate is 620 taka, which is 115.86 steem
Here first I have washed all the required ingredients thoroughly with clean water. Here you see the scene of peeling and cutting carrots and apples. Cut all the carrots and apples into thin pieces.
Next, you cut the three sides with a pomegranate knife and open the three parts with your hands. Then, select the red spots on the pomegranate.
Here, after cutting all the necessary ingredients, I have placed them on a separate plate. Which looks clean and tidy. Of course, it takes a little time to prepare, but it won't take long to eat.
So here first you clean the blender jug thoroughly. Next you put the carrots, raisins, pomegranate, white sesame seeds and 40 grams of milk in the blender jug.
Then, you add an amount of water that is equivalent to two glasses, i.e., 180 mL to 200 mL of water.
Then you put the lid on the blender and blend well. Blend all the ingredients from this side and that side to make them thick. After that I hope all the ingredients are blended well. You can definitely see it in your picture. Then choose the glass of your choice that you have at home and pour the milkshake from the blender jug.
Finally here I am presenting an interesting milkshake in front of all of you by arranging all the steps beautifully. This special healthy milkshake is a part of good health for the family. Along with this, I have added three raw fruits as the main ingredients which are very healthy. And the benefits of these three fruits are the same.
