The Diary Game: Witnessing the resumption of our school project (17/6/2026)

Good day to you all, my steemit family. It's another daily post from my end on how my day went today. My way was splendid and the week is gradually wrapping up, as an employee, we always love when weekends approaches 😁.

I woke up earlier than I used to wake, because I needed to cook early morning breakfast that I would carry to work.

After cooking, I freshened up for school. Our school building project was paused many months ago due to the owner's mother's death. Especially the teachers lodge that was on progress then. But getting to school today, we found out that they have resume work on it and our joy knew no bound.

The teachers lodge would be open to all, especially to those coming from far distance and the best part is that, it's going to be completely free.

We later found out that the floor tiles that would be use for the floor has already landed and packed up for use.

After, some minutes, the devotion was conducted and teaching commenced. It was also the continuation of test, and I made sure my class was engaged enough. At 2:pm we closed for the day and everyone went home.

On my way, I alighted to buy ripe plantain. It was a dry day so everywhere was little dry. The plantain was way too costlier than I thought.

The sizes were big though, so I couldn't argue much with the seller. I bought it and headed home. It was really a beautiful day, and the day was filled with happiness and joy today. The rain rested a bit and our activities went just fine. Thanks for stopping by 🌹.
