What are the seasonal fruits of your region? List some of the food items or beverages prepared using those seasonal fruits

In our country, various types of fruits including mango, jackfruit, litchi, banana are available. Since this month is the month of Jaishtha, many other types of fruits start ripening at this time and various types of juices are made from these fruits.

Jackfruit juice is extracted from jackfruit and consumed as juice. Many people who do not like to eat jackfruit eat jackfruit juice and various types of pitha are made with jackfruit juice. It is very delicious to eat.

Litchi drinks including luchi drink, dinko, jelly-like water are also available which are made with litchi.

Many things can be made with mangoes. I am making mango juice. Jam, jelly, pudding and many other types are made with mangoes.

Step- 1

First I will cut the mangoes into pieces. After cutting the mango pieces into small pieces, I will put them in the blender to blend.

Step-2

Then I will add a glass of milk to the mangoes. After adding the milk, I will make a mixture of mangoes and milk.

Step-3

Then blend the mango and milk well in a blender. After blending from the blender, we can see that the milk has mixed together and it looks very thick. Now the mango shake is ready. Now if we decorate it as we wish and serve it, the mango shake will look more beautiful.

Step-4

Then I I decorated the mangosteens with a little nice ice cream and put some dates on top so that the mangosteens look very nice.
