The Diary Game: Doing My Laundry And Recovering My Lost Bucket [05/06/2026]
Hello everyone how are you guys doing hope you are all doing great welcome to another episode of my dairy section with yours truly @victorytoju and in today's episode I will be sharing my activities for today. Today is Friday I don't usually have classes on Friday so I usually do my laundry in Friday. This morning as I woke up I did a little exercise and brought out my clothes to wash if I'm doing my laundry is usually in the morning because in my hostel people wash their clothes a lot and it will be hard to find space to hang your clothes if you don't wash on time.
I went to our laundry room and started washing I washed my dirty clothes, my bed cover, wrapper and my towel. After some time I was done washing I went downstairs to hang my clothes for them to dry but before I got there the rope line is already filled with clothes so I had no other choice but to hang in the iron protector in my hostel. After I was done hanging my clothes I went back to return one of the bucket I used in washing because I borrowed it from my friend.
After I was done I went back to my room to think of what to eat for breakfast I then settled on eating fried yam, egg and custard so I started the preparation I went to the market bought tomatoes and pepper and also egg that I will use when I got back I started frying the yam while I was doing that I was also slicing the pepper and tomato and by the time I finished frying the yam I started frying the egg when I was done with the egg I made the custard. When the food was ready my friend came and I served for him and also dished for myself.
The food was very very delicious I enjoyed every bit of it after I was done eating I was now feeling sleepy so I just rush to have my bath before I slept. I slept for a very long time I think it's because of the custard I drank. When I woke up I went upstairs to meet my friend and on my way to see my friend I saw someone going to bath with my bucket I was looking for. That bucket have been missing for more than one week going to two weeks I've been looking for my bucket someone came to my room and took the bucket without returning it. As I saw the bucket I quickly went to meet the guy I told him the bucket was my own but he was arguing with me that it was his roommate own that he took it from his roommate.
So I just waited for him to finish bathing then we went to his room to meet his roommate on reaching there his roommate said he saw the bucket in the laundry when he was washing and nobody came to claim it that was why he took it I didn't argue with him I just took my bucket and left. I was very happy I recovered the bucket because I was already planning on buying a new one but now I won't be buying again and my money will be saved. I watched movie, gist and played game with my friend before I left his room and returned back to my room to rest.
