It's a new week to report my day with us. I really appreciate you all, the steemcurators, and all who are keeping this community strong with the hope of better days.

My day was all round engaging, from going to church, having friends who came to visit our newborn, my studying, and going shopping for baby's shopping. It will be interesting to share in my day as I will break it into morning, afternoon, and evening.

I have not felt the way it was on Sunday. I knew that I must go to church service but the weather was too cool, while the warm bed resisted me from rising to prepare. I staggered and could only wish it wasn't on a Sunday or if I could excuse myself and sleep. My “Gold” (wife) insisted for me to wake up and prepare with my son. With no choice, I got up and we left for church about 7:25am.

During Church Service

I arrived at the church to meet others working hard as this day marked our third Sunday at the Permanent Site. There are no walls, only columns erected with a roof to keep us until we build. The band people are fixing up, the sanctuary keepers arranging the worship space. I could feel the sacrifice from everyone trying to meet up with the time left for service to commence. It was done, and the church processed at 9 am.

The mission service lasted for 2 hours, and we were dismissed after being empowered to preach Christ, peace, and loved the and make the world a better place like Jesus wants the Christians. The theme “Grace for Greater Harvest in Missions” was drawn from Acts 8:1-17. The text discusses how people were intentional about spreading the gospel even in the face of persecution.

When the church had been dismissed, we didn't go immediately, rather stayed back to repack the instruments, chairs and other sacred properties to a store close to the church permanent site as this is a new area.

About 11:47 a.m., we left, and some of my friends from the church joined the car to visit our newborn baby. They came with joy, happiness in their hearts express expressing their countenance. Prayers were said for my family and the newborn. We ended the moments with glasses of wine 🍷 that we toasted for more blessings. We had the moment until about 2pm. After everyone had left, I rested until evening.

When I remembered the next day was Monday, as a teacher and student you must visit your study table which was what I did. I spent time reading and write, until it was dark, with no electricity, I took the table outside the house and continued until my laptop went off.

Later in the evening I went shopping for my baby. I got diaper and others. I didn't forget to buy some bread for the family. There was nothing for the day than to have my dinner and slept.
