The Diary Game: (29/07/26): Rain day, Missed my interview, had a flat battery, got a treat later.

Good day everyone, and welcome to today's episode of my diary session. I remain your humble girl @justtfavvy.

I woke up today with a not so impressive mood, it rained all through the night and it was still raining by the time I woke up, we've not had light for two days now and my phone and power bank was completely off this morning, I was worried because I had an online interview to attend on zoom by 9am and there was no where I could get charging center around (I live in an underdeveloped area). I asked my neighbor and he's gadgets too were completely down.
I prayed regardless, swept the room, washed the dishes and took my bathe.

I prepared noodles and egg for breakfast and ate.
The rain became heavy so I decided to go back to sleep since there was nothing to do, I slept till around 9 and there was still no sign of power supply. The power was finally restored around 10:39am but I had missed my interview already and I was so pained but we move.

I plugged my phone and power bank, came online to do quick things and allowed it to charge for sometime.
It's still raining and everywhere is cold, I stayed indoors and watched the concluding part of the YouTube movie I started yesterday (sibe). The movie is a 7/10, you can try it out too.

My friend called and asked why he was unable to reach me and I explained to him and also told him about the interview, so he got my favourite treat(shawarma) to cheer me up and it actually did. Ps: You need to have good friends around you.
It was delivered to me and I enjoyed it so much, I can't get enough of eating shawarma.

Later in the evening, I bought jollof rice, egg, ponmo and meat from an eatery cuz I didn't want to cook today.

It's getting dark already and I'm preparing to go to bed, it's still raining and I'm extremely cold. I hope tomorrow will be a brighter and better day. Thank you for having me and sharing my day with me. Bye guys.
