The Diary Game: [02/08/2026] Attended church service and entertained a visitor.

I woke up feeling reluctant and weak. Not in the mood for accessories and makeup, I decided to visit a church close to where I live. Everything that happened in the church was interesting. On my way back from church, I received a call from one of my siblings telling me that a visitor was at home and asking about me. The visitor's identity wasn't disclosed, so anxiously, I took a bike and rushed back home.

Arriving home, I was excited to see my uncle. The last time I saw him was five years ago. I greeted him politely and he warmly responded. My sibling and I informed him that we would prepare a meal quickly but he said there was no need for that. I ended up entertaining him with a bottle of chill coke and he appreciated it as we continued to chat. As he sips the coke He told us about his family and latest achievement. Things had really turned around for his good. In his words, he didn't fail to mention all the struggles and hard times he endured.

After talking for a long time, it was time for my Uncle to leave. I wished he could stay longer but he had work to attend to. He promised to visit us often. He also promised to visit my parent who based in another state. My uncle gave us some money and I couldn't believe my eyes because they were foreign currency. The money came at the right time and I smiled brightly.

Soon, my uncle left. When he got to his destination, he called to inform me. I appreciated him sincerely. My sibling headed off to a shop to get some snacks.
When I was done checking the currency exchange rate, I concentrated on my assignment. It was about air pollutant, air pollution monitoring techniques and the effect of pollution. I always want to stand out in my academics so I have to do my best. I spent about an hour and thirty minutes on the assignment.

After the assignment, I spent time on social media. I received biscuits from sibling, it was delicious. An hour later, I freshened up ready to sleep.

I started my day feeling bored but ended the day feeling happy, and blessed. Henceforth no matter the mood I start my day with, I will ensure that I have positive vibes and hope for good things. I think you should do the same too.
