Incredible India Monthly Contest of June#2: Nature vs Technology!

I love the combination of both nature with science and technology. It makes life comfortable and enjoyable. I love going to places that have beautiful structures/building plus a touch of nature: green vegetation and wildlife too.
And also if phones or cameras were not in existence, I would have to visit places many times to get the feelings of how that place was. But with phone, I can take as many photos as I want, keeping them as memories to hold on to and smile whenever I come across them.
Let's now see nature's strength, nature as a mother to every invention, and its reactions on human activities in it.
In your opinion, which holds greater power: nature or science and technology? Please provide a detailed explanation |
|---|
Nature holds everything, the intelligence of science and technology is borrowed from nature. In fact, nature is the mother to every invention we have today in science and technology.
Here are detailed explanation:
A pharmaceutical company researched and produce a medicine or drug that can cure stomach pain. The question now is, this drug or medicine, where's it origin from. It's obvious that the origin is from nature; it could be from leaves, herbs or shrubs, bark of trees or could be combination of these nature's ingredients.
An automobile company invent a car that has a speed of a horse and a very effective brakes, after carefully studying the speed of how a horse's legs work and how it breaks when it's needed to do so by it's rider.
Dams are built by human, it can collapse if not maintain well but a natural riverbanks or waterfalls have stays for centuries and will really stay forever.
Nature is the root of invention! Your viewpoint! |
|---|
Yes nature is the root of invention. All the sciences and technologies establishment is built inside nature, the land. It's environment is surrounded by trees, grasses, flowers and other natural inhabitants that makes life so cool to live in.
Wild life like birds, squirrel and beaver may live in an establishment of science and technology, like an automobile company or a tech building. It adds beauty and life to that environment, not to talk of the breeze of fresh air from the trees around. Sometimes worker can sit out to grab lunch and enjoy the serene atmosphere during break time before they head back to work. It brings relief and relaxation. That's what I call the power of nature.
Now, imagine a building structure of an organization where there're no trees, grasses or any green inhabitants. It makes that building incomplete.

Every action has its own reaction applicable to nature, science and technology! Justify the term! |
|---|
Yes it's true. Science and technology actions make nature react in different ways. For instance a bush is cleared for a house to be built in that space. These are the reactions of nature in that kind of situation:
- Wildlife being pursue out from their residence.
- Heat rises as trees are fallen and there's no shade to cool the weather when there's sun.
- Erosion and flood sets in too, as a result of the land being tampered on by humans or machines used for the construction.
Nature's power is truly non-negotiable, we can't stop this reactions, we can only manage them.
| After cutting grass, we can't stop it from growing again, instead we manage it by always cutting it when it grows again😊 |
