Daily Diary - August 6 2026
Started 12 hour shifts again. One guy who went on leave and is supposed to resume isn’t coming. He doesn’t answer when he’s called and nobody knows his house. The fact that the line goes through after several days suggests that he’s fine and he’s able to answer, just doesn’t want to answer calls from the company. Most people believe he’s quit though. I don’t know why you won’t resign officially if you want to quit and use this method. The world is a small place and you might meet someone from here who needs to recommend you for a great opportunity and they might say you aren’t reliable due to this. Anyways, wherever he is, I wish him well and hope for the best. Time will tell how this plays out. Whatever happens, don’t forget, God is the greatest.
This is a very realistic and instructive post. You have beautifully explained the importance of responsibility, professionalism and trust through this situation. While working anywhere, if you have to leave, it is better to inform properly, because a person’s good reputation is very useful in the future.
