Talking about today's era, these two things are very important. Sometimes, even if you don't have a degree, you get a job because of your skills But sometimes, you have skill but your work gets sold because of your degree. Anyways I had to choose one of these two for write about it, so let's say I consider "Skills" more important than my degree.

Let's explain in detail about skill because I said that skill is more important than degree for me, so it is not wrong for me. I always say the same thing that what was written in books was not applied in life because life lessons were taught to us in life as we all know today. I lived in Pakistan and in my neighbor country in India, students are on protest in Jantar Mantar. At first, I did not know about it, but when I came to know about it from my sister, I was quite attracted. The point here was that people were saying that those who leaked papers will get degrees, but tomorrow, when they are someone are sick and admitted, the doctor's job is about skill. If they do not have skill, they will lose many lives. In my opinion, their degree was not that important. What they were saying was that skill is irrelevant for a human life. Talk about skills there, you just have to hang your degree on the wall and the next person will see at a glance what degree you have and sometimes there are some people who are not educated, they don't even look at your degree, they only judge you because of your work, because of your ability and because of your passion.

As I had explained in the beginning of my post, both these things are very important for us. A degree is very important for you to get a job in a big place or to achieve something better. Because in many cases in life, you get job offers where your degree is highly valued, but then you are worked with more. There are also some sectors that work on your skills, but if you are hired for a job by looking at your degree, then at the end they expect you to have that skill, that is, you should prove every day whether you are worthy of that job or not. This reminds me of a story that my cousin who has completed her degree in 2024 says that completing a degree does not change anything. I have a degree but I am not getting a job according to it because she hold degree but Apart from that, she has no other skills.. I have seen many cases of people who have degrees but do not have platforms to work. I have also seen people who are killing millions , who do not have degrees but only have skills and are proficient in their skills.

Life is tough every day, which changes your point of view one day and takes you to another direction one day, but I think out of these two things, I would like to choose skill again because the skill you have keeps you going. Now let's talk in just words to live life. I would like to tell you one thing, that a degree opens doors of opportunities for you. You will definitely get a job somewhere better if you have a degree, but if you do not have skills along with a degree, then the job you have will last only for a few days. After that, you will need skills at the end. There are millions of young people who are sitting with their degrees because they do not have the resources to get a job, but there are many people who do not have enough education but still they have the skills to work. Today, if we look at Steemit, there are many people on Steemit who have a degree, but then They are also doing this because they have the skills to write and create their own content. I was a content creator, right? I have a skill. Now, let me talk about the next thing. I don't have much education, but I have the ability to write, which has been providing me with a good source of income on this platform until now. So, I think having a skill is a very important process for you, for your life, for your future, for your success.
