Define the term "Crisis" in your own way!

To me, a crisis is a period of serious difficulty, uncertainty, or pressure that stops a person's normal way of living and requires immediate action. Crisis is a situation that tests an individual's emotional, mental, financial, physical, or social stability and often leaves them feeling overwhelmed.

Do you think that everyone is currently experiencing a crisis? Your viewpoint!

I do not believe that everyone is experiencing a crisis at the same time. However, challenges are what almost everyone faces in different degrees throughout life. While some people may be dealing with major crises such as financial crisis, hardship, illness, or loss, others may be experiencing smaller challenges that are kind of invisible. Life is unpredictable, and crises can affect anyone regardless of age, status, or background.

The most important thing to remember is that people often carry burdens that others cannot see. Someone may appear happy and successful meanwhile, they are quietly battling anxiety, family problems, personal disappointments, or one problem or the other.
