Veámoslo así: "Te nombran jurado de un concurso literario, y en este está participando tu sobrino; lo ideal sería que te inhibieras, ya que las relaciones afectivas te motivarán a acercarte a la lectura de la obra sin armas de evaluador, sino con ojos de familiar protector, lo cual pondría en desventaja al resto de los participantes del concurso. In my own simple definition, I would consider criticism as the act of putting an idea or action under a test by analysing such and given an objective judgement about it. Some consider criticism as reviews which I agree with to an extent but I think it goes even deeper than most reviews.
However criticism is in two broad categories, we have the constructive criticism and destructive criticism. Both are criticism but what differentiate them is the intention of the person criticising an idea or action.

The way how we share critic is also very important we need to find the right words and maybe some examples and take time to discuss and to listen the other side too, their reaction, maybe the arguments and explanation. If we are successful in transmission of our critic then the person will follow our advise and maybe even come later back to us to ask for feedback and in the future just to come to us for advise.
