See friends physical appearances very important if you are physically fit and your personality is good then it feels good and it also impact your personality. Do chuhe ko good physic they can understand how competent these two feel when they walk and when they go somewhere if you are physical appearance is not that much good then you might feel a bit awkward or a bit low while going somewhere new place.

If you are physical appearances create then you always have a confidence in you and it's not like that if you are not physically attractive than you can't to do anything I am not saying like that but if you are parents is good then people will get attracted to you more easily compared to if you are not fit. I am also trying to be fit and trying to lose some weight I did realise that gaining weight is not that much of a task for me but losing it comes with a lot of trouble for me.

The thing is sometimes we over eat the things that we shouldn't but at the moment we didn't realise we when to stop. If you plan your diet and don't eat anything else other than that then it will be easy for everyone to be fit I think most of us don't eat protein rich diet that is the main reason most of her food is rich of carbohydrates and fat. If you are planning to gain some weight then it is good but if you are trying to lose, eating protein is a good choice and we always should eat protein rich you must have read about that in your earlier classes in the school.

We do read and study a lot of things but we don't apply it to the real life that is the main reason why we don't see any changes. So basically if you want to see the change you have to change yourself.
